VPC prides itself in providing top-notch disaster management services to the Federal, state, and local governments and offers extensive experience working closely with emergency management agencies, planning departments, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated planning processes.

VPC was founded in 2006 as a small, minority, woman-owned, and GSA Schedule firm specializing in hazard mitigation planning, community planning, grant writing, and public outreach. VPC is a registered MBE/WBE firm in the Mid-Atlantic states.

The firm is owned by Deepa Srinivasan and located in Fulton, Maryland and has been in business for over 18 years.
